Zentiva fights at Prague Stock Exchange
Prague Stock Exchange is a withness of fight of two big players in pharmaceutical business.
PPF, owner of biggest Czech insurance company, announced public offerings to shareholders of Zentiva, for 950 CZK.
Direct rival of PPF, Sanofi Aventis, announced the other offer for 1050 CZK (not yet made in public).
All the news lead to increase of share price of Zentiva in recent days, and as most of analysts expect, the offer from PPF should increase more and we could see another jump in price of share of Zentiva.
